Dr. Shan has 20+ years of experience in business partnering, financial strategy development, and execution. He is adapt at financial accounting, M&A, budgeting & forecasting techniques, risk management, and has proven business acumen in cost rationalization and compliance practices. Before joining Ethan International Shan was CFO at G Shankerdas and Sons SL. Shan has also worked at KTC.
Abin ShajuMBA Marketing (CSMO)
Abin is a young business head with country leadership experience in large multinationals. With more than 2 years of experience, he is an expert in Global Account Management, Business Development, Multi-Channel Sales, Solution Selling, Strategy Development, Retail Supply Chain, Product Management and P&L Management. Before joining Ethan International, Abin was heading sales at Royal Enfield Brand Store and Manjushree Technopack Limited.He is an alumnus of CMS Business School, Jain University Bengaluru.
Anitha Jose MSC. Clinical Psychology (CHRO)
Before joining Ethan International, Anitha led a highly focused and specialized team of HR Specialists who worked with business leaders of mid-size organizations to implement practical solutions for gaps in strategy and people practices. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, she spearheaded the Purchase Department at G Shankerdas & Sons SL for More than 7 years. Anitha has travelled throughout Asia, Middle East, and Africa, closely studying people of different demographics and cultures, and analysing what makes a business truly successful.
